Plans for 51+ Alaska

We offer a wide variety of plans with the benefit levels and funding types. Each plan comes with access to some of the nation’s largest dental networks, as well as online tools, resources and programs that help members make the most of their benefits.

Through our partnership with Moda Health, we also offer dental plans together with medical coverage.



Plan offerings


Premier plans

Premier plans offer members access to the Delta Dental Premier Network, the nation’s largest dental network, with almost 90% of dentists participating in Alaska. Members with this plan have the freedom to choose their own dentist. When they see Delta Dental Premier Network providers, there is no balance billing.

 

PPO Plans

These plans help members save costs by connecting them with providers in the Delta Dental PPO Network in Anchorage, Fairbanks North Star and Mat-Su Valley, one of the largest preferred provider organization (PPO) dental networks in Alaska. PPO plans offer more choice and control over out-of-pocket costs, and members can still see out-of-network providers at a reduced benefit level.

Voluntary plans

Give your employees the opportunity to enjoy comprehensive dental benefits and access to the largest dental network in the country at stable rates through a voluntary dental plan through Delta Dental of Alaska.

These plans are easy to administer and are a great way to supplement a competitive benefits package to improve employee recruitment and retention.

Preventive First plans

These plans help members prevent serious and expensive dental services down the road. Preventive services do not apply to the annual maximum. By saving on preventive care, members can use their annual maximum for other services.


Delta Dental Premier Preventive Mandated Plan

This plan connects employees with the Delta Dental Premier Network. Employees access coverage for preventive dental care services and limited coverage for basic and major dental services. Providers accept the Delta Dental contracted fee, so there will be no additional balance billing charge.


Orthodontia coverage

With a Delta Dental plan, you have the option to add an orthodontia rider for your employees.



Get a quote for plans with 51+  

To receive a proposal for a group of 51 or more employees, please provide the following:

  • All information listed in the proposal request form (PDF) in typed format
  • A completed census form (PDF) for all employees
  • For groups of 51-99 employees, we require current and renewal rates, or a minimum of 12 months’ experience, when available
  • For groups of 100 or more employees, we require current and renewal rates, as well as a minimum of 12 months’ (preferably 24 months’) experience. Experience includes premium received, claims paid and member counts.
  • Benefit summaries (if any) from the current carrier

Please ensure that your documents are legible. Keep in mind that requests for proposals lacking required information will cause delays in processing. You may submit your request by mail or fax it to the Delta Dental Sales & Account Service team at:
